Return Conditions

The law only recognizes the consumer the right of withdrawal in the case of contracts made outside the commercial establishment, by catalog or distance.

In accordance with the provisions of the European Electronic Commerce Regulations, approved on September 20, 2011, the return period of an item is 30 calendar days, counted from the reception day.

Also, and in accordance with the same regulations, e-commerce companies should only assume the shipping costs if the item is returned for being defective, and they are exempt from this payment for any other reason.
Therefore, he costs of returning the item will be assumed by the buyer in the case that it does not fulfill their expectations.

To exercise this right it is necessary to notify your intention to revoke the contract of sale to the seller within the period indicated above.

Once the withdrawal has been notified, you must return the merchandise in the same conditions as it was delivered to you.

ANUSKAS ETHNIC JEWELRY, will refund the amount of the order within 5-10 days and once the product is received in perfect conditions. Revocations of orders or returns of products will not be accepted after the indicated period (30 days), nor returns of used or damaged items.

Remember that only products purchased directly on this website can be returned using the procedure described below.
If you have purchased ANUSKAS products in a physical store or on other websites, they must be returned to the same place where you purchased them.

A-Return for not fulfilling your expectations

The withdrawal must be communicated to the seller by email to the address info@anuskas.com indicating:

1) name and surname
2) order number
3) reason for return

3) reason for return
